Lisa Suswain and Caroline Harrison from Wagging Tails meet Hearing Dog puppy Neve

On Wednesday evening myself and our Southampton Franchisee, Caroline Harrison, went to see our Hearing Dog for Deaf People puppy Neve in her training class. Working with her socialiser Doug she is already a very well behaved little girl and at just 14 weeks old is keen to explore and learn.

The training session run by Mandy, one of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People’s trainers, was a great opportunity to see how the charity approach training these soon to be life changers!

Bandit the Beagle relaxing in the garden

Unfortunately, Bandit had not been improving after his hydrotherapy, so, following consultation with both the vet who performed the surgery & the Dog Studio, we decided that we should stop his hydro sessions for a while and see if physiotherapy would work.

Tyler the labrador enjoying agility

In October 2011 we were woken in the night by a strange sound downstairs and couldn’t quite work out what it was. We were straight out of bed and found Tyler our black Labrador, stumbling around, banging into doors and walls and he then fell on his side with his legs paddling in the air. He wasn...
