Maddie relaxing on her Surrey dog boarding holiday

We have been using The KT branch of Wagging Tails for more than two years, after our previous dog carers became too frail to manage our boisterous Jack Russell Maddie.

Roz has always managed to place Maddie with with such fantastic carers . Jo, Dawn, Janet, Sheila and more recently Jenni (with a little help from Jenni’s Grandson) have all provided a real home from home service and Maddie is always excited and keen to revisit her new friends. We have no hesitation in recommending the KT branch of Wagging Talis or speak highly enough about Roz and her team of carers.

Bonnie enjoyed her Kingston dog boarding holiday with Wagging Tails

Hi Roz,

Pleased to say that things have greatly improved with Bonnie and she is well and truly on the mend. However, last week when I took her to Dawne, she was a very poorly dog and I found it very difficult to leave her. I needn't have worried though. Dawne was marvellous and put my mind completely at ease. She was so good to take Bonnie in that state and just clearly so caring. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you.

Kind regards,

Liz, Kingston

Marco relaxing on his Epsom dog boarding holiday

We have boarded Marco, our 13 year old Italian Greyhound, with Jayne for around a year or a little longer. Having boarded him for 12 years with a carer who can no longer have dogs, we were very apprehensive about leaving Marco with a new carer, especially at his age.

Jayne is a fantastic carer for our dog. when we drop him off he runs straight in, through the kitchen and into the garden. A few minutes later he will come back, give us a look, and then he is off again usually with Fred, Jaynes lovely little spaniel. Prior to this, when leaving him with his other carer, he would almost cling to us when we dropped him off and try to follow us, although he settled later.

Marco has taken particularly to one of Jayne's sons and spends a lot of time with him on his bed or on the sofa wrapped in a blanket and being cuddled. we did mention to Jayne that Marco felt cold very quickly and even in warm spring weather she would have the central heating on to make sure that Marco was warm! Jayne is very careful about safety and always shuts Marco and Fred in another room whilst she opens the front door.

We have absolutely no worries about leaving Marco with her and we are 100% confident about recommending her care and love for her visiting dogs to everyone.

Rosie on her Thames Ditton dog boarding holiday

This was the first time we had left our Rosie with a non relative, we were slightly apprehensive, however after meeting Brian & Maureen at the sniffing session, we knew Rosie was going to be truly spoilt. Their love for dogs was very obvious, Rosie had a great holiday and settled in well at Brian & Maureen's.

We wouldn't hesitate to use Wagging Tails again, the service is all about your dog and their needs which is perfect.

Thank you to Roz, Brian & Maureen From Rosie!!

Jo, Thames Ditton.

Rocco enjoying his Hook dog boarding holiday

Hi Roz,

I just wanted to say a great big thank you to you at Wagging Tails for being so patient, accommodating and supportive whilst waiting for the test results of our beautiful boy Rocco.

The holiday dates we had provisionally booked with you, unfortunately had to be put on hold until a diagnosis was made. Ever owner dreads the day they're told their life companion could be diagnosed with something dreadful and so we found ourselves on a roller coaster ride for 2 weeks!

Throughout this time Roz was concerned for Rocco's well being and sent me messages of support almost every day. She also made it clear that no decision had to be made and everything was in place for Rocco to stay with his wonderful carer Pippa, who I must say was also very supportive & patient, whilst we waited for the results to come in. I'm happy to say that Rocco was given the all clear and he was able to go on his holiday. When I returned I could see Rocco had been well looked after and had had a wonderful holiday with Pippa and family, which he thoroughly deserved!

We feel very blessed to have such support throughout a very turbulent time and have made good friends in Roz and Pippa.

We will not hesitate in using your services over and over again.

Many thanks to Roz and Pippa!

Rachel and Rocco xxx, Hook.

Betty on her Kingston Upon Thames dog boarding holiday

Betty stayed with Greta and family for a week. She can be a demanding little dog, but she clearly loved being with Greta.

I suspect Betty looks forward to the next time we go away and we would have no hesitation in asking Wagging Tails to look after her again.

Thanks again,

Steve, Kingston Upon Thames

Dexter on his Kingston upon Thames dog boarding holiday

Dear Carene,

Thanks so much for your letter and the photos that Pip took during Dexter’s week with her. It was such a nice gesture from her. I think he had a whale of a time with her and Jonty and seemed to come home happier and fitter than ever. Ollie said how lovely it was that the whole family came to say goodbye to him when he went to collect him.

I hope we can use your service again in the future. I have been recommending it to all our friends and trying to get our parents signed up as dog sitters!

Thanks,

Hannah and Ollie (and Dexter), Kingston-upon-Thames

Mia relaxing on holiday with Wagging Tails

Dear Carene,

Thank you for your letter and for the care that Mia received while we were away. We had viewed a number of kennels and could not feel that Mia would be happy in any of them, so the solution of a family home worked well for us.

Mia was made very welcome and was obviously well looked after. I think she may have stolen a heart or two on her way....

Lucy
